I take a women’s multi and extra calcium. There are so many different things out there…what is most beneficial?

  1. Thanks for the post! Whenever it comes to taking any type of vitamins it is important to always choose natural vitamins. While synthetic vitamins often contain more nutrients, your body has a harder time absorbing them unlike their natural counter parts.
