Mark makeup's waterproof liquid eyeliner is named Get in Line. This eyeliner also comes in many different colors and it's your typical liquid eyeliner. It provides a small eyeliner brush which is linked to the top tube similar to most other liquid eyeliners. The review I am covering is based on the hue Painted Black. This eyeliner is to be regarded as being component of Mark's "hook ups".
